Please note, if you are a musician or ensemble with financial constraints, I am always happy to talk through payment plans, non-monetary compensation (such as recordings or repeat performances), and assistance with grant applications. Simply indicate your desire to chat through these options when you submit your proposal.

I love working with first-time commissioners! The commissioning process can seem somewhat mysterious and daunting at first, but we will talk through every step before you need to commit to the commission. Solo with Accompaniment: The following solo instruments will receive 25% off their total commission price for proposals submitted before May 1, 2024 if the proposal is for soloist with accompaniment (piano, electronics, harp, string quartet, or large ensemble)

Saxophone: All commissions with saxophone will receive 30% off their total commission price for proposals submitted before May 1, 2024. This includes solo works (with or without accompaniment), chamber music, and large ensemble works in which the saxophone is a soloist.

Guitar: All commissions with guitar will receive 50% off their total commission price for proposals submitted before May 1, 2024. This includes solo works (with or without accompaniment) and chamber music (up to 8 players). No large ensemble works for this opportunity, please.
