Clarinetist Gerbrich Meijer will present Freaks of Nature as part of a relaxed morning concert at Tivoli Vredenburg in Utrecht (Netherlands). The work, originally commissioned by Natalie Groom, is a multi-movement piece inspired by endangered animals—animals that are a bit freaky at first glance, but hold a fascinating place in the ecosystem! She will be joined by Mees Vos on horn and Bram van Sambeek on bassoon.
